I'm Back

So I have been away of my blog for a while as we were working to rebuild our company but I am back now. It has been busy at Oz moving for the last 3 years and I was working to increase productivity of our sales team and improve efficiency of our moving crews. The moving industry changed a lot during these years. Social media took and still taking and big part in this change. Our clients are becoming more aware of the social media aspect of moving. Sharing of information became much easier and much more common and therefore we as a moving company found our maintenance of high level of service much more rewarding. Clients today have much more power in terms of praising or bashing the movers they use. It is not only review sites such as CitySearch or Google reviews but 100's of 'friends' on Facebook, Twitter and the likes, who are now getting 'reviews' from someone who they have some connection to. This gives the review a sense of honesty that makes it very powerful.
